2. Professional Relationship
MBP provides reporting, monitoring, analytics, consultancy, and advisory support. It does not guarantee publicity, audience growth, media placement, revenue results, platform outcomes, sponsor deals, or public reputation changes.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, billing, and project information.
- Confirm the requested service and scope before activation.
- Use MBP services only for lawful and professional purposes.
- Pay approved invoices according to agreed terms.
4. Restricted Activities
MBP does not provide services that are unlawful, misleading, unrelated to its professional service offerings, or incompatible with applicable regulations.
5. Service Review
MBP may review a client request before accepting work. Requests that fall outside the scope of MBP’s monitoring, reporting, analytics, consultancy, or advisory services may be declined before engagement begins.
6. No Third-Party Payment Collection
MBP services, invoices, and communication channels may only be used in connection with approved services provided directly by the company.
